Want to impress your guests at your next “in home” dinner party? Give them a treat they can't get anywhere else. I will come to your home and prepare a gourmet Indonesian meal for you in full Chef attire. Here is a sample of what you may get: Appetizers of Meat Croquettes, Chicken, Beef or Pork Sate with Peanut Sauce. Indonesian Fried Rice or Noodles with Chicken, Pork and Shrimp. Malasian Beef Stew, Soy Pork, Spicy Shrimp or Coconut Chicken. Vegetables of Sauteed Cabbage or Spicy Green Beans. And for dessert one of my custom cakes. There is a 6 person minimum and the above menu was only a sample of the many dishes I prepare. Please inquire for pricing and additional foods prepared.
